We use retirement plan recordkeeping systems from a variety of Companies which offer 24/7 internet & 800, number access, along with quarterly statements for their underling investment offerings. Your Investment Advisor can assist you in choosing the appropriate Investments and recordkeeping system.
We have found that the unbundled approach to retirement plan administration serves our clients needs best. Therefore we only provide plan administration in conjunction with an independent Investment Advisor. When there is a separate TPA (third party administrator), Recordkeeper/Custodian and Investment Advisor, each can provide a more focused level of service. When these services are bundled, one company is trying to coordinate very different tasks. In the effort to be all things to all people, the bundled approach fails to provide the level of service we know you will expect. When we team up with investment advisors, we can focus on plan administration and compliance while the advisor focuses on providing quality investment advice you will need to run a successful retirement plan.
